The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Sunday, September 4, 2016, of Ruby (Crossman) MacKinnon, of Summerside, age 82 years. Born in Cape Wolfe, she was the daughter of the late Alexander and Charlotte (Costain) Crossman. Survived by her son Ralph and friend Lori Rice; daughter Faye MacKinnon and special friend Pat Bendell. Predeceased by her husband Ottis MacKinnon; and by brothers Elmer and Charlie Crossman. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, at 3 p.m. Interment in Peoples Cemetery, Summerside. No visiting hours by personal request.
