Kenneth Morrison
Born: October 4th, 1937
Born, October 4, 1937 to Murdock Angus Morrison (d.1973) and Sarah Kate (MacDonald) in North Framboise, Richmond county. Kenny was a free spirit and left home at an early age. He began a career as a heavy equipment mechanic. He worked first in Ontario and then for Iron Ore Canada in Labrador, Newfoundland for nine years. In 1972, Kenny moved to Huston, British Columbia, where he worked as a mechanic for Huston Forest products. Retirement wasn’t for Kenny and he continued to work as long as his health allowed. Hunting and fishing were his passion in life and the wilderness of the B.C. interior were a haven for him. Predeceased by his wife, Brenda in 1993, he was survivor by his brother, Lawrence who passed away eighteen hours later, on Saturday September 10. He is survived by his Sister, Wilma (Neil) MacDonald, Sydney and three nephews, Scott (Karen) MacDonald, their Children, Cody and Victoria. Calgary Albert, Greg MacDonald, Sydney, Sheldon (AnnaBelle) MacDonald, Antigonish and their family. Kenny remained a true Cape Bretoner and came home when he was able. Cremation has taken place and he will be buried with Brenda, in, Poplar Lake B.C. A memorial service for Kenny will be held a later date. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of...
