Passed peacefully away on Tuesday, September 20th 2016, Clifford Raymond Pretty at Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook at the age of 86 years. Predeceased by his loving wife Olga, and baby daughter Rose. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his sons: George (Bonnie), and Jack (Lorna-Mae); granddaughters: Aimee (Gareth Igloliorte), Melissa (Jeffery Gillam), Kayla (Andrew Bonnell); great- grandchildren: Oliver, Isla, Wesley and Katelyn; sister: Helma Day of Corner Brook, brother: Reginald Pretty of Sarnia, Ontario, sister in-law: Bride Pretty of Corner Brook, and Jane Martin of St. John's and a large circle of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. He was predeceased his parents: Jack and Mary Pretty; sisters: Annie and Betty; brothers: George, Thomas, William, Verdun, Jack, and Harold. Visitation will take place from Fillatre's Funeral Home 4 St. Mark's Avenue on Wednesday, September 21st from 7-9 PM and Thursday, September 22nd from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral service will be held on Friday, September 23rd at 3:30 PM, from Salvation Army Citadel, Clarence Street with Majors Edward and Luanne Barrow officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to a Charity of One's Choice.
