We, Michele, Lana and Jimmie, the children of the late Heather Ford wish to extend a sincere thank you to our relatives, friends, and neighbors for the comfort and support received during the loss of our mother on June 17, 2016. Everyone who dropped off food, sent cards, gave donations and visited, we are truly grateful for your kind deeds. Thanks to Dr. Knott for the great care provided to Heather over the years, to Heather you were a friend. Thanks to everyone involved with the Harbour View Hospital Day Program where our mother enjoyed being able to reunite with old friends and make new friends. Thanks to the doctors and nursing staff at the Northside General Hospital for caring for our mother during her hospital stay. Our mother was blessed to have a great circle of friends who were there for her and her children at home and in hospital there are no words to express our appreciation to all of you. You will each hold a special place in our hearts forever. Thank you to Rev. Nick Phillips, Carman United Church Choir and granddaughter, Ashley Verschuren, for making the funeral service very special. Thank you to the ladies of the church for the lovely reception after the funeral service. Thank you as well to staff of J.M. Jobes Funeral Home for your professionalism and compassion.
