It is with broken hearts we announce the peaceful passing of William Alexander Lettues, at the age of 74, on October 9, 2016 at the Northside General Hospital. Born on June 2, 1942, he was the son of the late William Joseph and Dorothy (Young) Lettues of Sydney Mines. Bill loved hunting, fishing and camping at Lake Ainslie. He was an avid Blue Jays fan and never missed a game. He loved and looked forward to good discussions with ‘the boys’ at Tim Hortons. He was predeceased by his brother, Bobby and a brother in infancy. A special thank you to Dr Khodadad, staff of the Cape Breton Regional Cancer Center, Dr. Kirkpatrick, VON and the staff of 4 West Northside General Hospital for their care and compassion during Bills’s illness.
Thank you to all of Bill’s friends for their support during his illness especially Adrian McMaster, Truro and Hector Dawe of Florence.
