It is with great sadness that the family of the late Annie Regina Sheppard announce her passing at Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at the age of 85 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her children: Judy (Randolph) Langdon, Allan Sheppard, Brenda (Jim) Ruth, Marina (Kirk) Brake, Gary Sheppard, Guy Sheppard, Debrah (Dermot) Brake, Lori (Charles) Petten, and Corina (Joe) Colacicco; 18 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; sister Ona Wheeler; half sisters: Levern, Myra, Doreen, and Beaulah; and her half brothers. Also a large circle of other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Herbert Sheppard (1987); grandsons Jonathan Brake and Colton Greene; and daughter-in-law Sherry Sheppard. Friends may visit St. Paul's Anglican Church in Summerside on Monday between the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m., from where the funeral service will take place on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Malcolm Palmer officiating. Interment will follow at the church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the WMR Hospital Dementia Unit.
