It is with great sadness that the family of the late Gloria Alexander announce her passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at the age of 70 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her partner Derek Higgins, son Patrick (Crystal) in Alberta, daughter Lorelei (Sean) Shannon in Alberta, Brother Robert Alexander in Nova Scotia, 5 grandchildren: Tyler Dowe (Caitlin) Victoria BC, Devyn Dowe (Lesley) Red Deer Alberta, Kelsie Alexander, Justin Alexander, Ryan Alexander all in Moncton NB, 1 great- granddaughter Raelynn Dowe in Victoria BC, and a large circle of other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Henry and Sarah Alexander, sister; June White and brother; Sonny Alexander. Friends may call at Russells Funeral Home in Stephenville on Thursday October13, 2016 from 7-9 pm. Funeral service will take place on Saturday October 15, 2016 at 10 am at St. Stephen's Parish Church on West St. in Stephenville, with interment to follow at the Hillside Interfaith cemetery on the Hansen Highway.
