Passed peacefully away at his home on October 15, 2016, at the age of 95 years. Leaving to mourn his loving and devoted wife of 60 years, Edith; children Wade, Donna (Hubert) and Dale (Sandy); adored grandchildren Darren, Shawn and Katelyn; as well as nieces, nephews and dear friends. The family wishes to extend a very heartfelt thank you to Chris for taking such wonderful care of dad, as well as a very special thank you to his Community Health nurses, especially Vivian. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road. On Monday from 12- 4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the Carnell Memorial Chapel on Tuesday October 18, 2016 at 10 a.m. Interment to follow in Cupids United Cemetery.
