It is with great sadness that the families of Brendan Morris Lavers announce his passing on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at the age of 76 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife; Mary nee Feltham of 56 years marriage, his children; Minnie (Bob) Parsons of Cormack, Paul (Helen) of Deer Lake, Louise (Mike) Donaldson of Lower Sackville, NS, Brendan (Sherri-Lynn), Jamie, and Dwight (Holly) all of Deer Lake, his 15 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren. Brendan was predeceased by his son; Morris, daughter; Vanessa, grandson; Aaron Parsons, his parents; Minnie and Sherlock Lavers, his brothers; Harvey, Sherlock Jr, and Jim, his sister; Mary-Ada. The Reading of the Liturgy will take place at Parsons Funeral Home & Chapel 63 North Main Street, Deer Lake, NL, on Saturday, October 22nd, 2016 at 10:30 am with Bishop Matthew Ustrzycki officiating with the burial to follow at the Roman Catholic section of the Deer Lake Interdenominational Cemetery, on Wight's Road, Deer Lake, NL.
