At the Western Hospital, Alberton, on Thursday, October 27, 2016, with his family by his side, of George Donald Adams of Elmsdale, age 64 years. Born September 14, 1952, he was the son of Margaret (nee Williams) and the late Howard Adams. Beloved husband of Susan (nee Milligan) and dear father of Crystal Chaisson (Leslie Vincent) and Alecia (Trent) Delaney. Cherished grandfather to Tanner, Donovan, Lexie and Cohen. Dear brother to Kevin (Carol) Adams of Elmsdale. He is also survived by a brother-in-law, Ernest Mallet of St. Louis, and mother-in-law Velda Milligan of Alberton. He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, Patricia (Bill) Pegg of Summerside, Philip (Frances) Milligan of St. Peter's Bay, Donna (Lonnie) MacIsaac of O'Leary, Joyce O'Connor of Cascumpec, Daryl (Michelle) Milligan of Northport, Dennis (Karen) Milligan of Northport, and Irene (Glen) Coughlin of Fortune Cove. He was predeceased by a sister, Mable Mallett, grandson, Nathan, father-in-law, Wyman Milligan, brother-in-law, Paul O'Connor, and by nieces, Penny Mallett, Nicole Robertson, and nephew, Matthew MacIsaac. Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home, Alberton. Visiting hours Saturday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Sunday afternoon from the Elmsdale United Church at 2 p.m., Rev. Lynn McKinnon officiating. Interment in the Church cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorials to the Western Hospital Equipment Fund or to the Elmsdale United Church Building Fund would be gratefully appreciated.
