Gordon ‘Sonny’ Gerald Langley. January 15-1939 to October 27-2016
Suddenly in Halifax. He was the son of the late Russell and Lila (Brewer) Langley.
Sonny is survived by his wife Elizabeth, sister Betty and brother Russell (Leo).
Also survived by his daughters Martha (David) Worthington, Barbara (Glen) Brophy, Helen (John) Gardner and Tracy Acheson, Steven (Mary) Evans, Barbara (Glen) Ash, Pamela (Rob) Petrie whom he loved as his own. He had many grandchildren that he loved. Survived by several nieces and nephews. He enjoyed his summers in Ontario with Ashlyn, Anthony and Geoffrey, and Asher. He also enjoyed playing Crazy 8’s with Stephanie and Andrew. He also was very contented to spend time in PEI with his sister Betty. He was just getting to know our great grandson Bryson.
At his request cremation has taken place. Memorial at a later date.
