It is with great sadness that the family of the late Joyce Gallant announce her passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital Palliative Care Unit on Sunday, November 6, 2016 at the age of 82 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and precious memories, her loving husband of 62 years, Ronald; sons Paul (Carol) and Shawn; daughters Phyllis (Tony) and Debbie; grandchildren Matthew Gallant, Kimberley Wayson and Ross Matthews; as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Willis and Alma Reid and her brother Reginald. Friends may visit Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road on Monday 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will take place on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. from the Country Haven Funeral Chapel, with Father Edward Terry officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.
