Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre on November 10th, 2016 surrounded by her loving family, Helen Hearn (Bailey), age 79. Left with fond memories her loving children Dennis (Patricia), Pauline Byrne (Johnny), Pat (Darlene), Sheila Bartlett (Tom, deceased), Rita Kennedy (John), Mike (Nancy, deceased) and Gerard (Dawn). Also her pride and joy, her grandchildren: Heather, Kate, Michael, Melissa, Kim, Jonathan, Erin, Sean, Chris, Brian, Julia and Branden and great-grandchildren: Lukas, Kailey, Nikolas, Hannah, Rylee and Lauren, her brother and sisters: Ed (Dot), Elizabeth Anne Antle (Dave) and Terri, sisters-in-law: Bonnie Bailey, Bev Bailey and special family friend Betty Smith, brothers-in-law: Ed Hearn (Mary) and Will Hearn (Susan). She also leaves to mourn nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews along with other relatives and friends. Predeceased by husband Pat, granddaughter Jacqueline Kennedy, siblings Elsie Legge, George (Barb), David and Wayne, sisters-in-law Pauline Worthman (Ross) and Marie Hearn. Special thanks to Staff and Residents of North Pond Manor, Torbay, for their loving care and friendships over the years. Also special thanks to the staff of the Health Sciences Centre. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, Torbay. Visitation on Saturday, November 12th from 5-9 pm and on Sunday, November 13th from 12-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass will take place from Holy Trinity Church in Torbay on Monday, November 14th, 2016 at 10 a.m. Flowers accepted or donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or Alzheimer's Society NL.
