Elizabeth Ann Crawford

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved daughter and sister, Elizabeth Ann Crawford, 44, of Glace Bay. An avid pool player, artist and an active firefighter with Tower Road Volunteer Fire Department. Elizabeth was best known for her love of all animals, especially her fur-babies, Moe, Gizzie, Jersey and Spencer, and her love of cooking- she loved preparing meals for her family and friends.
She was predeceased by her mother, Mary Rose Crawford (McInnis) and step-mother, Sally Crawford (Campbell). She is survived by her father, Jim Crawford and her brothers, Jim (Florence) and Kenn (Margie). She is deeply missed by her childhood friend and sister, Judy MacDonald; her nephew, Tyler King (Amy) and nieces, Brittany McNeil (Ryan) and Cathy DeCoste(Chris); her aunts, uncles, cousins and great-nephews and nieces, Nikale, Braelyn, Kaleeah, Madison, Jayce and Emery and her extended family and friends from across the globe. Elizabeth has been battling cancer for several years and slipped away peacefully on November 14, 2016, at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital. Following her final wishes there will not be a service, cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Patten Funeral Home, she will be buried alongside her mother.
