It is with great sadness that the family of the late Carl A. Cooper announces his passing on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital in his 90th year. Carl leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Mary; sons Wayne (Sheila) and Keith (Veronica); grandsons;Justin (Alisha), Randy (Sheena), David (Denise) and Todd; granddaughter; Shana (Brett), great-granddaughters Kaede-Japan, Heather, Kaylee and Adalind; great-grandson Munroe. Carl also leaves to mourn sisters Muriel, Daisey, Evelyn, and Lillian, as well as a large circle of nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Carl has been predeceased by his parents Caroline and Thomas; brothers Herb, Ward, Milt and Bruce and daughter-in-law Elaine. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Salvation Army Deer Lake Corps. The family will be receiving family and friends at the Salvation Army Citadel, Deer Lake on Thursday, November 17, 2016 from 7-9 pm continuing Friday, November 18, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will take place at the Salvation Army Citadel, Deer Lake on Saturday, November 19, 2016 at 2 pm with Major Wayne Pike officiating followed by the burial at the Salvation Army Cemetery, High St., Deer Lake.
