Carrie Lynne McPhee, 45 of Sydney, passed away November 19, 2016.
Born in Sydney, November 21, 1970 she was the daughter of Doug McPhee and the late Millie (Risk) McPhee. Carrie was fun loving and generous to a fault. She loved animals, especially her beloved dog Lucy. Loved to laugh and lit up any room she was in and enjoyed time spent at the bungalow in Beaver Cove. Carrie is survived by her loving father whom she cared deeply for, Doug McPhee; spouse, Sandy Fraser; special uncle, Stanley and his children, Charlene and Chris; aunts and uncles, Frances McDermid, Elizabeth MacPherson, Peggy (Glen) Watts, A. J. Risk, Art (Gayle) Risk, Eddie Risk, Charlie Risk and Ricky Risk as well as her many cousins and special friend Deborah Fox MacDonald. Besides her mother Millie, she was predeceased by her grandparents, Archie and Frances Risk, Hughie and Mary McPhee; aunts, Winnie Risk, Patsy Brewer and Mary; uncles; Gerald, Eddie, Danny and Joe. A celebration of life will be held Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at 2 p.m. from the SW Chant & Son Funeral Home Chapel, 564 Alexandra Street, Sydney. Rev. Sheldon Chant officiating.
