Passed peacefully away on Saturday, November 26, 2016 at Chancellor Park, Margaret Chafe (nee Coleman) in her 79th year. Leaving to mourn daughter Catherine (Eric) Horwood, granddaughter Erica Horwood, brothers Bill Coleman, Rick (Loraine) Coleman, John (Sheila) Coleman, sister Ruth (Bud) Hunt, brothers-in-law Derm (Diane) Chafe and Noel (Mary) Chafe, and a number of nieces and nephews, special friends Eddie and Violet Maher, as well as a large circle of Family and Friends. Predeceased by husband Cyril, parents Fred and Mary Coleman, brother Tom Coleman, parents-in-law Cyril and Annie Chafe, and sister-in-law June (Jim) Renouf. A special thank you to the staff and residents of Chancellor Park for all their compassion and care given to Margaret. Resting at Cauls Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Monday from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday from 10 a.m. - 12 noon, 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. from Mary Queen of the World Parish. Cremation to follow. Flowers gratefully accepted or a donation may be made in her memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
