Born in Sydney, Viney was the daughter of the late Angus and Vange Campbell. Viney was a member of Holy Redeemer parish. She is also survived by her Aunt, Nina; siblings, Davey (Mary), Nina (Junior), Sylvia (David), Sheila (Doug), Barry (Bev) and Bonnie (JR); as well as several nieces and nephews. Visitation for the late Margaret Lavina ‘Viney’ Hanna will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 from 4-8 p.m. at the Pier Community Funeral Home, 1092 Victoria Rd. (entrance on Church Street). Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at 10 a.m. in Holy Redeemer Church, Whitney Pier, with Fr. Paul Murphy officiating. Following the mass, light refreshments will be held in the funeral home reception area. Interment will take on Friday, December 2, 2016 at 1 p.m. in old Calvary Cemetery, Whitney Pier.
