John Robert ‘Bobby’ Hines

It is with heart felt sadness, we the family announce the passing of Bobby Hines, November 25, 2016. Born in Sydney he was the son of the late Chester and Mary Hines. Bobby was a huge motorcycle enthusiast, loved to travel wherever the road would take him. His enjoyments in life were his RV, snowmobiles and bike trips. Bobby was the proud owner and operator of Hines Industrial Equipment. Most of all Bobby enjoyed time spent with his family and friends. He is survived by his loving wife, Joanne; children, James, Tracey (Shawn) and Brandon; grandchildren, Wayne, Jami Dawn, Josie; great grandchildren, Aurora, Owen and Echo; brothers, Sonny (Shirley), Stewart (Virginia); sisters, Shirley and Carol.
Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brothers, Evan and Desmond. A Celebration of life will be Friday, December 2, 2016 at 2 p.m. from the SW Chant and Son Funeral Home, 564 Alexandra Street, Sydney, N.S. Rev. Sheldon Chant Officiating.
