Debra (Debbie) Evelyn Gamble
At the Provincial Palliative Care Centre, Charlottetown on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 of Debra (Debbie) Evelyn Gamble of Stratford, formerly of Alexandra, aged 63. She was the daughter of Jeanne Gamble, and loving sister to Kerry (Donna Porter), Sandy Clark (Darrell) and Melody vanOmme (Blair). Debbie was predeceased by her father Aubrey in 1997 and her sister Meredith in 1989. She also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews; closest to her were nieces Nicole and Samantha vanOmme, Leanna Clark, and nephew Brad Clark. Debbie had a huge network of friends; her passions were scrapbooking, writing, motorcycles and model horses, and she made many lasting and dear friendships through these hobbies. No visitation by personal request, but family and friends are invited to an informal celebration of Debbie’s life at 2:30 pm on Friday, December 2, 2016 at the Alexandra Baptist Church, 1140 Pownal Road. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Debbie’s memory to Handibear Hills Horse Sanctuary or to “On Eagles Wings” Ministries Bikers Memorial Cancer Fund.
