The death occurred at the Whisperwood Villa, Charlottetown, on Wednesday, November 30, 2016, of Harriet Frizzell (nee Carew), beloved wife of Allison Frizzell, of Whisperwood Villa and formerly of Charlottetown, aged 91. Harriet was the mother of George (Candace), Helen Halfpenny (Dale) and Harold (Barb); grandmother of Jennifer and Matthew; Alan and Lynn; and Tanya, Kelly and Crystal; and great-grandmother of Tyler, Ewan, Kevin, Jamie, Wade, Heidi, Jessica, Madison, Ainslee, Sasha, Makayla, Hope, Mason and Claire. She is also survived by her sister, Jean Frizzell; brother, Melvin Carew (Carol); and numerous nieces and nephews. Harriet was predeceased by her parents, Alfred and Mabel Carew; her sisters and brothers, Frances, Louise, Lloyd, Anna and John. Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 4, 2016 at St. Mark’s Presbyterian Church, 7 Tamarac Avenue, Charlottetown, from 3 - 5 p.m. Funeral service will be held at St. Mark’s Church on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at 2 p.m. Interment in Breadalbane Cemetery.
