Addison “Charley” Charles Durand Berezowsky
April 9th, 1986 - November 21st, 2016
Charley Berezowsky suddenly passed away on Monday November 21st, 2016 at the age of 30. Charley was a loving and caring person and had a big heart. He is remembered for his love of Nintendo, his “green thumb”, sense of humor, and willingness to lend a helping hand. Charley was also very talented, creative and artistic. He is survived by his parents, Cindy (Terry) Pettit, Dennis Berezowsky (Jennifer); brother Devin Berezowsky; sister Dacia-Vala (Michael) Letkeman; niece Arianna Berezowsky; nephews Peyton, Hunter, Nicholas, Cooper Letkeman; his grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and all of his friends.
