Judith Arlene Lund
Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital after a long and courageous battle with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and her husband by her side on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 of Judith Arlene Lund (nee Ranahan) of Charlottetown age 68 years. Judith is survived by her husband Michael and her children Ron (Sherri) Lund of Brighton, Ontario, Vanessa (Mark) Escalante of San Diego, California, Matthew (Charlene) Lund of Charlottetown and Timothy (Jen) Lund of Medicine Hat, Alberta. She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren - Devon, Liam, Christine, Cole, Carly, Caden, Brayden and Chloe; sister - Dale Toombs (Eric); sisters-in-law Noreen MacDonald (Harold), Madelyn Gallant (Wayne), Marilyn Alyward, Dawn Lund, Beth Lund; brother-in-law Patrick Lund and long-time friends Meg and George Henderson of Brooks, Alberta. She was predeceased by her parents Marjorie (nee McInnis) and Frederick Ranahan, brother - Gordon Ranahan and brothers-in-law Alan Lund and Trevor Lund. Resting at the Hillsboro Funeral Home Stratford, no visitation by personal request. A funeral service for family and friends will be held at the Stratford Chapel – Hillsboro Funeral Home, Monday, December 5, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Foundation.
