It is with great sadness that the families of Margaret Alice Caines announce her passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook, NL, on Saturday, December 17th, 2016, at the age of 89 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her children Kevin (Marie), Marie (Bob) Walsh, Tony, Gerry (Helen), Barbara (Guy) Bowles, Augustus Jr., and Glenn (Beverly), her daughter-in-law Carol; her grandchildren Jennifer (Hughie) Antle, Allan (Katie), Michelle (Trent) Skinner, Joanne (Nigel) Brake, Danielle, Philip, Jeremy (Shawna), Melanie (Dustin) Hembroff, Joshua, Evan, and Jillian; her great-grandchildren Emily, Logan, Makenna, Colton, and Brady; her sister Marie White; her brothers Lawrence, Jerry (Joyce), Donald (Carolyn), and Albert (Christina); her sisters-in-law Mildred Bennett, Jean Barry, Anne (Tom) Prosper, Jennie Lang, and Nioma Seymore , brothers-in-law Walter (Helen), Ralph, and George. She was predeceased by her husband Augustus, her son Gary, her parents Israel and Margaret, her sisters Mildred and Maggie, and her brothers Ronnie, Eddie, and Billy. Visitation will take place at Holy Rosary Church in Pasadena from 7-9 pm on Sunday, December 18, and from 7-9 pm on Monday, December 19. The Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at 10:30 am at the Holy Rosary Church with Monsignor Gale officiating.
