It is with great sadness that the family of the late Marilyn Irene Sheppard announce her tragic passing in Lark Harbour, with her husband Merle at her side on Monday, December 26, 2016 at the age of 51 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, her son Michael Sheppard; grand-daughter Jasmine; mother Marjorie Larkin; siblings: William Larkin (Brenda), Terry Larkin, Shawn Larkin (Linda), Robert Larkin (Beverley), Paul Larkin (Laura), Shirley Allen (Ron), Sandra Larkin (Brian), Tammy Pennell (Corey), and Tracy Joyce (Alfred); as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her father Roy Larkin and sister Julie Sheppard. Friends may visit St. James Anglican Church in Lark Harbour on Thursday 7-9 p.m. and Friday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m., from where the funeral service will take place on Saturday, December 31, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. David Taylor officiating. Interment will follow at the church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to St. James Anglican Church Memorial Fund.
