With great sadness, the family of Dorothy Vardy announce her passing on December 22, 2016, one day before her 91st birthday. Leaving to mourn her loving husband of 68 years, Roy; daughter Dianne; son William (Nadine); adored grandchildren Stephen (Megan), Shannon (Kaya), Grant (Sonya) and Danielle (Duane). She is survived by her sister Helen. Predeceased by son-in-law Kenneth; sisters Hilda and Viney; brothers Harold, Clarence, Hezekiah, Theodore and Donald. Loved and left to mourn many nieces and nephews and dear friend Susan King. Her greatest joys were her grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. This loving generous woman loved to bake, berry pick, play cards (and pranks) but mostly she loved to give.
