Passed peacefully away in the presence of her family & respite friends at the Health Sciences Center on Monday, January 2, 2017, Renee Walsh of Hr. Main (formerly of Colliers) in her 55th year. Predeceased by parents: John & Anastasia Walsh, sister, Marion Kennedy & her life long friend Simon Hickey. Left with loving memories are her siblings: John (Margaret), Rose Dalton (John), Dan (Patsy), Kevin (Bernadette), brother-in-law George Kennedy, sister-in-law Lillian Walsh, nieces, nephews, grand nieces & grand nephews. Our precious angel Renee has made her "Alleluia Journey" back to our loving Saviour & we give thanks for the gift that Renee was to us. She will always be forever loved & missed by her respite families: Mary & Clarence Murray, Debbie & Gus Buckle, Carlie & Gary Woodford, Donna & Richard Parsley, Marie & Paddy Gorman, Dot & Bill Costello, Rosella Moore, Christine & Chris Myers, Betty Ann & Joe Fewer, Mary Walsh & ever so dearly loved by Angela & Gary Woodford, Suzette (Doyle) Angela (Moore) & Lydia Woodford, best friend Holly Oakley, & cherished friends: Fr. Clem Flaherty, Walter Snook & the Hickey Family. Renee loved flowers, however our church is beautifully decorated at this holy season, there is no need to offer flowers in her memory right now. We have a request, to ask her faithful parishioner friends at Sts. Peter & Paul Parish Hr. Main, who have been so good to Renee over the years. If there is some act of kindness you were going to do this Christmas or a visit you were going to make & time got away from you, we ask that in her memory you reach out to all those special people in our midst in Renee's memory. Donations in her memory can be made to Sts. Peter & Paul Parish, Hr. Main Resting at Dunphy's Funeral Home, Holyrood. Visitation on Tuesday from 2 pm - 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at 10:30 am from Sts. Peter & Paul Church, Harbour Main. Cremation to follow with Inurnment at a later date.
