It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jessie Lucinda "Cindy" Brake. She passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 7th, 2017, at Brampton Civic Hospital, in Brampton, ON. Predeceased by her husband Clayton, daughter Edith, sisters Alice, Marjory, Mary, Daisy and Fanny, and brother Robert. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her sons George (Debbie), Joe (Lori) and Chris (Valerie) and daughter Cora (Leo), 12 grandchildren Jamie (Lori), Christopher, Jenna (Kyle), Joshua, Scott, Brittany, Timmy, Joanna, Danielle (Sheldon), Michael, Tamika and Aiden, as well as seven great-grandchildren and a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, extended families, and friends. The family received family and friends at the Anglican Church in Trout River, NL, on Wednesday, January 11th, 2017, from the hours of 2-4 and 7-9 pm, where also the Funeral service will take place from today at 2 pm, with Rev. Kay Short officiating with the burial following at the family plot of the Church Cemetery, in Trout River, NL.
