The death occurred peacefully at the Colville Manor on Friday, January 13, 2017 of Jack Dunphy, age 90 years. Beloved husband of the late Pat Dunphy. Loving father of Francis (C. Ss. R.), Gloria MacFarlane (John), Phyllis Campbell, Everett (Sylvia), Lloyd (Janice), Anne, Raymond (Tami), Hughie, Angela Carpenter (Gene). Fondly remembered by 12 grandchildren, 8 great grand children and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Joseph Dunphy and Mary Jane Bourgeois, daughters Catherine and Mary Serita, son in law Charlie Campbell, brothers Michael, Aiden, Joseph, Louis, Bernie, sisters Mary, Adele, Lena and Laura. Resting at Dingwell Funeral Home in Souris for visiting hours on Monday, January 16, 2017 from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m. Funeral to be held on Tuesday morning, January 17, 2017 at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church in Souris for funeral mass to be celebrated at 11 a.m. Interment in the church cemetery.
