Passed away at the Health Sciences Centre on Sunday, January 15th, 2017, Michael Francis Clancey, aged 85 years. Predeceased by his loving wife Mary, parents Michael and Bertha, brothers Richard (Olga) and Brian, sister Clara Fisher, brother-in-law Byron Rodgers, and niece Carol Ann Rodgers. Leaving to mourn his sons Byron (Philippa), Cordell (Cindy), and Darren (Lynn); brothers John (Pearl), Dave (Jean), Doug (Louise), Robert (Louise), and Clarence (Betty); sisters Elizabeth, Beatrice (Doug) and Carol (Ralph); sisters-in-law Sharon and Violet; 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews, and a large extended family. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road. The family will receive visitors on Thursday, January 19th, 2017 from 2 - 4 p.m & 7 - 9 p.m. A funeral service will take place on Friday, January 20th, 2017 at 11:30 a.m in The Carnell Memorial Chapel, with interment to follow in the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
