Passed away at the Walter Templeman Hospital Bell Island on Thursday, Jan. 19, 2017 in her 90th year. Predeceased by her daughter Ruby Pitts. Leaving to mourn with loving memories her children; Linda (Frank Skanes deceased), Marjorie (Doug Dempsey deceased), Wayne Pynn (Joan), Judy Moores (Ronnie) and son-in-law Walter Pitts. Brothers John, Mose, Woodrow and sister Susie. Grandchildren, Frank, Sharon, Cora, Trevor, Deanna, and Shantell. Great-grandchildren Jessica, Mackenzie, Brian, Faith, Nalani, Kai, Dallan. Also leaving to mourn many nieces and nephews.bResting at Pendergast Funeral Home, Bell Island. Visitation on Sunday, Jan. 22, 2017 from 12-9 pm and Monday, Jan. 23, 2017 at 9 am. Funeral service to take place at St. Cyprian & St. Mary Church on Monday, Jan. 23, 2017 at 11 am. Cremation and burial to follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Cyprian & St. Mary Church or a charity of one's choice.
