The family wish to announce the passing of our sister; Gero, Helen Janice 60, peacefully on January 19, 2017, at Cedarstone, Truro.
Helen was the daughter of the late Helen (Borden) and John Gero of Truro, loving sister of Larry, Noreen and Kay (all deceased); John (Janice) New Brunswick, James, Ralph, Irvin (Marilyn), Sterling (Gwen), Gregory (Paula), Gertrude Fraser, all of Truro, niece of Shirley Landry,Truro. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 from 1pm to 2pm followed by a Memorial Service at Zion United Baptist Church, 454 Prince Street, Truro, Pastor Brian O. Johnston officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Zion United Baptist Church.
