LAVERIE, Kathleen Ann - age 50 of “The Meadows” Yarmouth passed away January 24, 2017 at the Meadows. She is survived by husband Jim Laverie, Forest Glen, Yarmouth County and brother Kenneth Humphreys, Moncton. Born in Halifax, she was the daughter of Arthur “Donnie” Humphreys and Fern (Totten) Humphreys. A special thank you to; Dr Chandler, Dr Horton, Dr Cottreau and all the wonderful staff at “The Meadows”. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth. A memorial service will be held Monday, January 30, 2017 at 11 a.m. from Sweeny’s Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. A.D. “Bill” Newell officiating. Interment will take place at a later date.
