Passed peacefully away surrounded by her loving family at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital, St. John's on Monday, February 6, 2017, Agnes Doupe of Clarenville, formerly of Placentia, aged 77 years. Predeceased by her husband Staff Sergeant (Ret'd) Edward Doupe; sister Betty Spurvey; parents Frank and Annie Walsh. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her children Duane (Marina), Carmel (Heber), John (Paula), Bill (Cher) and Kelly (Stephanie); grandchildren Kearston, Marissa, Leah, Andrew, Skylar, Joel, Tristan, Adian, Reagan, Evelyn and Benjamin; sister Rose (James) and Kathleen; and a large circle of family and friends. Cremation has taken place. Resting at Fewer's Funeral Home, Clarenville on Thursday, February 9, 2017 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. on Friday, February 10, 2017 at Fewer's Memorial Chapel with interment to take place at Clarenville Interdenominational Cemetery at a later date. In her memory, flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
