Passed Peacefully away at his home after a short battle with cancer, Wayne Stephen Fitzpatrick at the age of 61 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Linda; son: John; daughter: Amy; grand-puppy: Benjamin; brothers: Wally (Bev), Joe, Robby (Judy); sisters: Diane (Tom), Josephine, Sharon (Bobby), father in-law: Hedley Smith; brother's-in-law: Alan (Christie), Wayne (Katie), and David; sister's-in-law: Diane (Lloyd), Susan (Jerome), Sharon, Karen (Eric) and a circle of nieces, nephews, aunts, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents; Jack and Sadie Fitzpatrick; and mother-in-law: Florence Smith. A special thank you to the medical staff at Western Memorial Regional Hospital 3A for your loving care of Wayne during his stay there. Visitation will take place on Thursday, February 9th from 2-4 & 7-9 PM from Fillatre's Funeral Home 4 St. Mark's Avenue. Mass of Christian burial will be held Friday, February 10 at 2:00 pm from All Hallows Roman Catholic Parish, Humber Road with Father Andrew White officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the SPCA.
