Suddenly at home on Thursday, February, 9, 2017 of Barbara Allard (nee Trainor) of Stratford age 66 years. Born in Charlottetown she is the daughter of the late Ralph "Hank" and Rita (Flynn) Trainor. Beloved wife of Gerry Allard. Loving sister of Harvey Trainor, Billy Trainor (Barb Dingwell), Lorna (Tom) Murphy, Trevor Trainor and Barry Trainor. Barbara is also lovingly remembered by nieces, Tanya, Tina, Tara and Kandy, grand nieces and nephew, Jenna, Emma, Abigaille, Bailey, Brooke, Ella and Nick. She was also predeceased by her brothers Terry and Allan. Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home until Wednesday morning, then transferred to St. Dunstan’s Basilica for funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment later in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. If so desired donations in memory of Barb may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
