Passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at the Dr. L. A. Miller Centre, in the presence of family at the age of 68. Predeceased by his parents Peter and Margaret Somerton, sister Doreen Gear and cousin Margaret "Peg" (Gerald) King. Leaving to mourn niece Joanne, nephew Donald and cousins: Ian King and Susan King. Donald worked with Motor Registration for many years and retired in 2014. He also loved researching his family tree and took great pride in discussing his research with others. A special thanks to the doctors and nursing staff at the Miller Center for the care and compassion that was given to Donald during his stay.
