Margaret Sellar
The death occurred peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown, on Sunday, February 26, 2017, of Margaret Sellar, wife of the late Foster Sellar, formerly of Wheatley River, in her 100th year. Margaret was the loving mother of Louise Andrews (Walter) and Charles Sellar (Margaret); grandmother of Kimberley Andrews, Vanessa Bonnyman (James) and Melissa Morrow (Kelsey); and Karla Toole (Jamie) and Derek Sellar (Nicole); and special great-grandmother of Brandon, Spencer, Nathan, Dylan, Teagan, Alyssa, Logan and Isaac. Besides her husband, Foster, Margaret was predeceased by her brothers and sisters, Roy, Eric, Olaf (Ellen), Robert (Lois), Louise Stevenson (Lorne), Cora, Elva, Anna and Inez MacLeod (Dan). Margaret was the last surviving member of the Richard and Clara (MacKenzie) Stevenson family. Resting at Central Queen’s Funeral Home, 2538 Glasgow Road, New Glasgow, for visitation on Tuesday, February 28, 2017, from 5 to 8 p.m. Funeral will be held in Central Queen’s Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, March 1, 2017, at 11 a.m. Interment later in New Glasgow Cemetery.
