MacMASTER, Margaret Evelyn (nee McIntyre)
Passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Hamilton on Thursday, March 2, 2017 in her 82nd year. Dear mother of Lorne (the late Michele) and Scott. Loving grandmother of Tyler (Lindsay), Jessica (David) and two great-grandchildren, Leighton and Mason. Dear sister of Catherine “Gook” (the late Donald), Charlie (Ann) and George B. (Patsy), and predeceased by sister, Mary C. and brother, John “Buck”. Beloved aunt of John McIntyre. Margaret will also be missed by Neil Choquette. Margaret received her B.A. from McMaster University, as well as a Special Education Teaching Certificate. She taught for many years at E.C. Drury School for the Deaf in Milton, Ontario. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at KITCHING, STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME, 146 Mill St. N, Waterdown, Ontario on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers and in honour of Margaret’s love of all animals, a donation to either the S.P.C.A. or Animal Adoptions of Flamborough would be appreciated by the family.
