John Joseph BOYECHKO

John (Johnny) Boyechko passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at the Victoria Hospital in Prince Albert, SK at the age of 54 years. He was born in Prince Albert, SK on June 27, 1962. Johnny was a farmer his whole life and he enjoyed helping his neighbors with their farms, tireless in doing so. He was a hunter and a trapper. Johnny enjoyed cooking as evidenced by his numerous cookbooks and his watching many cooking television shows. John is survived by his mother Olga Boyechko of Weirdale and her sisters Nancy and Lil; his sister Connie (Andy) Molnar of Saskatoon; his nieces Ainsley and Cailsey Molnar of Saskatoon; as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his father Joe Boyechko of Weirdale. Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 9, 2017 at Gray’s Funeral Chapel, 575 - 28th Street West, Prince Albert, SK with Reverend Father Michael Lomaszkiewicz officiating. Interment will be held at a later date. In lieu of tributes, memorial donations may be made to the Victoria Hospital Foundation, 1200 – 24th Street West, Prince Albert, SK S6V 5T4 or to St. Paul’s Hospital Foundation, 1702 - 20th Street West, Saskatoon, SK S7M 0Z9.
