Passed away suddenly at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital Emergency, on Friday, March 10, 2017 in his 67th year. Predeceased by his parents James and Elizabeth Brophy; sisters Regina (Tom), Joan (Danny); brothers Basil (Lillian) and Paul. Survived by his darling wife Charlotte after 41 years of marriage; daughter Nicole (Blair) and son Mark; two beautiful granddaughters Hailey and Lauryn; sisters Ruth, Marie (Ed), Gerri (John), Doreen (Charles); brothers Frank, Jim, John (Pauline), Wayne (Theresa); special niece Lynn; close cousin Ronnie Collins and long time friends Gordon Piccott and Peter Graham, as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends. Special thank you to the doctors and nurses who did everything possible to keep Clifton with us, especially Dr. Brandon Webber and nurse Tammy Hann. Cremation has taken place. Visitation from Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road on Tuesday and Wednesday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. from Corpus Christi Church.
