It is with great sadness that the family of the late Rita Margaret Rideout (nee Decker) passed away at Western Memorial Regional Hospital on March 15, 2017 in her 85th year. Leaving to mourn her children Delilah, Irven (Marion), Doris, Jim, Marion (Perry), Paul (Tess), Darlene (Chuck), George (Wendy), Glen (Mona), Lyndon (Marie), Clara (Jamie), son-in-law Bob Rogers; 24 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild. She was predeceased by her husband Leslie; parents Thomas and Janet Decker of Bakers Brook; son Wilson; daughter Dorothy; Pamela Rideout; son-in-law Russell Sparkes; son-in-law Maxwell Critch; nine brothers and sisters. She will be sadly missed by nieces, nephews and a large circle of friends. The family will be receiving friends and family at the St. Matthews Anglican Church in Rocky Harbour on Thursday, March 16, 2017 7-9 pm and Friday, March 17, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm where funeral service will take place on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 2 pm with Rev.
