The death occurred peacefully at the Clinton View Lodge, Clinton, on Wednesday, March 22, 2017, of Michael Horsfield, beloved husband of Mary Horsfield, formerly of St. Ann’s, aged 75. Michael was the beloved father of Michelle Buttery (Jan Devine), Stuart (Kerry), Lindsey MacDonald (Ryan), Ben (Cara) and Brynley (Hannah Adams); grandfather of Josh Buttery, Molly Horsfield, Loxley Horsfield and Misty Horsfield; and great-grandfather of Theo Buttery. He was predeceased by three grandchildren, Charlie, Fox and Clover Horsfield. Cremation has taken place, with no visitation or service by personal request. His ashes will be taken back to his beloved Yorkshire, England, for a memorial service at a later date. If so desired, donations in Michael’s memory to the QEH or PCH Foundation would be appreciated.
