Passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving family on Sunday, March 26, 2017 at St. Patrick's Mercy Home, Martha Elizabeth Finn, aged 83 years. Predeceased by her parents James and Mary Finn; son Baby Finn and brother James. Leaving to mourn her loving husband of 55 years Joseph; children Gerard, Albert (Jeanie), Theresa (Danny Campbell), Cathy (Dave Whalen) and Ann (Lyndon Scott); grandchildren Sarah (Tristan Ryder), Joseph Whalen, Krista Campbell, Daniel Campbell, Jenna Scott, Colin Scott and Nathan Scott; brothers and sisters Margaret (Andy Seward, deceased), Theresa (Peter O'Dea, deceased), Rose (Tom Blyde), Bessie (Jim Hearn), Pauline (Gordon Chafe, deceased), Rita (George Chafe), Philomena (Cecil Chafe, deceased), Lucy (Cyril Chafe), Michael and Ann (Doug Putt, deceased); sisters and brothers-in-law Ivy (James Finn, deceased), Marie (Cyril Guiney), Eileen (Jim Walsh, deceased), Bride, Mary (Stan Finn, deceased) and Patricia (David Finn, deceased). As well as a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Special thanks to all the staff at St. Patrick's Mercy Home for all their care and attention given to Martha. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Monday from 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at 10 a.m. from St. Kevin's Church, Goulds. Interment to follow at St. Kevin's Cemetery, Goulds. Flowers gratefully accepted or a donation may be made in her memory to the Alzheimer's Society.
