Passed peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Friday, March 31, 2017 of Patricia Kennedy of Charlottetown, age 55 years. Beloved mother of Gerry Coombs, daughter of Bridget Coombs and partner of David Giesbrecht. Patricia will be lovingly remembered by her grandson Gerry Coombs Jr. And twin brother Patrick Coombs. Predeceased by her father Cyril Coombs and brother Gerry Coombs. Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home. There will be no visitation or funeral as per request.
