It is with heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Harold Clement Lee, peacefully and surrounded by his family at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Monday, April 10, 2017, age 85 years. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend to many. We will forever remember his strong, kind, gentle and generous nature. Left to mourn his passing are his beloved wife of 65 years, Susan (Bell) Lee, his children Harold Jr., Billy (Linda), Danny (Becky Tramley), John, Clifford (Anne Marie), Ronnie (Cindy), Kevin (Sheila), Susan (Allan) Clory, Paul (Kimberly Griffith), Cathy (Robert) MacIntyre, and Debbie (Paul) LeClair; daughter-in-law Wendy Lee, family friend Angus Kennedy, brother Jim(Patsy) Lee, sister Joyce Murray and brother-in-law Harvey (Peggy) Bell. Harold will also be missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Matthew (Monica), Becky (Mike) MacDonald, Erin (Rodney) Blanchard, (Fredericton NB), Lauren, Adam, Owen, Jamie, Patrick, Elizabeth, Victoria, Joey, Eddie, Josh Clory (Ottawa Ontario), Matthew Clory, Michael Clory, Spencer (Jenna), Justin, Mark, Jacob, Amanda MacIntyre and Andrew MacIntyre. Harold is also survived and will be fondly remembered by his many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Harold was predeceased by his dear son Allen, parents Matthew and Catherine (Blanchard) Lee, parents-in-law John Owen "Chuck" and Beatrice (Berrigan) Bell, brother Clifford, sisters Eleanor Shea, Florence Clow, Virginia Younker; sisters and brothers-in-law Lorraine Lee, Vince Shea, Victor Clow, David Younker, Reginald Murray, Mary Bell and Annie (Louie) Lafferty. Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home until Thursday, April 13th, then transferred to St. Pius X Church for funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment will take place later in the Roman Catholic Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, April 12th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Due to severe allergies please refrain from the use of scented products or heavily scented floral donations. If so desired memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society (PEI Division) or the Alzheimer Society of PEI. On-line condolences may be made at www.islandowned.ca.
