Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Monday, April 17, 2017, Lillian Barbara Green of Carbonear; formerly of Hant’s Harbour, age 88 years. Predeceased by husband: Lawrence; brothers: John, Philip, Robert, Chesley, and Donald; sister: Gertrude. Left to mourn, two sisters: Elizabeth, Ontario, and Dorothy, Halifax, NS; special cousin: Eileen Green, Carbonear; special friend: Ruby Pike, Carbonear; also a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Rested at Noel's Funeral Home, Carbonear and the Salvation Army Citadel, Winterton. Lieutenants Randy and Cathy Shears conducted the Funeral Service on Thursday, April 20 at the Salvation Army Citadel, Winterton. Interment followed in the Salvation Army Cemetery, Hant's Harbour.
