Passed away peacefully at home in the presence of his loving family, on Wednesday, April 19, 2017, Ambrose (Am) Cahill age 94 years of St. John's originally from Cappahayden. Predeceased by his parents Helena and Thomas Cahill; four brothers Pat, James, Thomas and John; three sisters Mary, Hannah and Bride; niece Dorothy; nephews Martin and Donny and four legged friend Casey. Leaving to mourn his loving partner of 46 years Evelyn whom he adored; devoted son Roy and grandchildren Logan and Leticia. Also leaving to love and remember him dearly Wayne (Elizabeth) Tony, Todd, Chelsea and Ryan; Lloyd (Valerie), Lucas, Liam and Joshua; Carl, Jonathan; Wanda (Carl), Carla and Victoria; Marlene (Mike), Crystal and Janessa; Glen (Della), Stacey and Sara. Forever missed by a large circle of nieces, nephews and friends especially long-time friends Myles Conway and Jack Fitzgerald. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Friday from 11 am - 9 pm. Funeral Service will take place at 10 am on Saturday, April 22, 2017 from Caul's Chapel. Interment will follow at Holy Apostle's RC Cemetery in Renews.
