Peacefully at the Prince County Hospital with her family by her side, on Wednesday, April 26th, 2017, of Marlene Dowdle (nee Stordy), of New London, age 53 years. Beloved wife of George Dowdle. Dear mother of Cole (Katie) Dowdle, Britteny Dowdle (Jamie Carroll), and grandmother of Aiden Dowdle. Also survived by sisters and brothers Diane (John) Perry, Evelyn (Roy) Patrick, Deni (Tilman) Gallant, Delbert (Barb) Stordy, Harley Stordy, sister-in-law Donna Stordy, close family friends John and Donna Cameron, and mother and father-in-law Dave and Barb Dowdle. Predeceased by her parents Chester and Helen Stordy and brother Sterling Stordy.
