Nick was born in Foxford, Sk, and spent his life farming the family homestead. He enjoyed fishing with his brother Paul, and his nieces and nephews. He enjoyed spending his time visiting with family, neighbours and friends, and always had a story to share about the good ol’ days. He is survived by his brother Paul Tushkewich and his sister Verna Tushkewich; his nieces and nephews Jacki (Scott) Oshanek and their children Tobey and Parker, Judy (Rob) Ellis and their children Kaleigh and Ryley, Pattie (Terry) Lysyk and their daughter Mia, Ed (Deb) Suchorab and their children Jessica and Ryan, John (Jan) Suchorab, Steve (Cheryl) Suchorab and their daughter Alex, Ted (Melody) Dubelt and their children Lena and Max, and Agnes Dubelt. He was predeceased by his parents Anastasia and Steve Tushkewich; his brother Peter and his sisters Anne Suchorab and Lena Dubelt. Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at Gray’s Funeral Chapel, 575 – 28th Street West, Prince Albert with Pastor Dennis Serfas officiating.
